Cased Satin Glass Mother of Pearl (MOP) Rose Bowl, Circa Victorian Period

Color of Bowl: White interior, Pink exterior transitioning from white, light pink to darker pink on the top crimp area). 

Glass Type: Cased Satin Glass Mother of Pearl (MOP) in a Diamond Quilted pattern rose bowl.  Two layers, white interior with white, light Pink bottom to darker Pink colored top crimp area.    

Bowl:  Very squat spherical shaped with 8 upward and slightly inward shaped crimps on rim, flat to concaved ground bottom with full polish pontil, concave area with a mild convex interior of bowl. 

Decoration: Gold enameled vines, leafs and flowers. 

Dimension: 3.25” height by 4.37” wide.  Bowl opening 2.37”.

Condition:  An excellent, high quality example of a MOP rose bowl.
