Inverted Fan & Feathers, Circa 1899,  This pattern was produced by Northwood at Indiana, PA.  in 1899.  It was also produced by National and Dugan Glass all at Indiana, PA.  However this whimsy only show up in Northwood and National Glass Catalogues.  The Pattern Inverted Fan and Feathers was also produced by Jefferson Glass Co.

Colors: White (Clear), Green & Blue.

This is not listed as a Rose Bowl but listed as a “Whimsy”.

Color of Bowl: White (clear), Green & Blue.  

Glass Type: Transparent White (clear) Green & Blue glass. Opalescent treatment on crimped rim area. 

Bowl:  Footed (Qty.4), cylindrical shaped with 8 inward crimps on rim, flat to mild convex bottom with polished area. Interior of bowl is mild concave.

Decoration:  The glass pattern and the Opalescent treatment to crimp area and body of glass.   

Dimension: 4.5” height by 3.0” wide.  Bowl opening 2.0”.
